Sac à dos Seeker lanière défectueuse

Bonjour, mon sac à dos a à peine deux semaines et la lanière est déjà détaché. La couture est mal faite et ne tient pas.
Comment fonctionne la service après vente, je l'ai acheté sur gopro.com

Le service après vente "contact us" ne répond pas, ni par téléphone, ni par chat, comment faire ?! Il n'y a aucun mail ?
