I got a GoPro Remo for my birthday last year and never used it, I opened it up and tried to use it yesterday and nothing, no light, nothing. What is wrong with it?
Battery is dead. Unfortunately, the company that sold GoPro the batteries for REMO sold them duds. If you can get a hold of the receipt (and it's less than one year) you can contact the GoPro Support Team and they will give you your options. https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs
