Remo startet nicht

Neue Remo startet nicht. Beim erstmaligen Anstecken an das mitgelieferte Ladekabel leuchtet kurz die Batterie Statusleuchte rot auf und dann passiert nichts weiter. Auch nach der empfohlenen Ladeszeit von 4 Stunden passiert nichts- weder ein rotes Licht noch ein Grünes. Auch beim Drücken des Shutter Butons, um mit quick verbunden zu werden, passiert nichts. 

 

Das ist wirklich alles sehr unbefriediegend und enttäuschend - insbesondere bei einem so hochpreisigen Produkt. Das ist übrigens schon ein Austauschgerät . Leider ist auch niemand im Chat erreichbar, obwohl angeblich 24 h service.

Ich habe genau das gleiche Problem! Beim Einstecken leuchtet die rote Ladelampe ganz kurz, anschliessend nicht mehr. Die Knöpfe können beliebig und lange gedrück werden, es tut sich einfach nichts. Gibt es eine Lösung dafür?

Na super: gleiches Problem mit dem Remo; Edelschrott? Hero 5 hängt auch öfter, wird vom Computer nicht erkannt, Quik läuft nicht und hängt sich auf. Plug and play sieht doch eigendlich im 21 Jahrhundert anders aus...dachte ich.

Depending on your computer, please go over the steps listed on this article:

Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Windows

Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Mac

 

If a camera is freezing up, it is usually an indicator the camera's software needs to be updated or there is potentially an issue with the microSD being used. Try removing the SD card and see if the camera still freezes up. If it no longer freezes, then the issue is likely stemming from the SD card. Here's some information on SD card recommendations.  

 

You may also need a manual software update. Instructions are found after the email address and serial number page.
