Remo not working out of box
[ New ]Hello!
I bought REMO, unfortunately, it does not show signs of life!
You can not charge or turn on.
I see that not only I have this problem!
I paid quite a lot of money for something I can not use!
Please help!

Sorry for any troubles caused.
Kindly try plugging it to a different power source or try using a secondary USB-C cable.
If it's still the same, you may refer to the same store if this is a recent purchase.

[ New ]I have the same issue, so with REMO I just got replaced. Noone from support side does that issue really take serious. That is really very disapointing.
