Remo not working out of box one red light

Hello

 

I bought a GoPro Remo and out of the box it will not charge/turn on.

 

Some of the forms have a solution that say contact the live chat but even tho it says it 24/7 its always closed.

 

I tried to contact via an email and telephone but that came back short.

 

I do hope there is an anwser here like a reset or some wierd butten press combination.

Here are some troubleshooting steps:

  • Try plugging into a different power source
  • Try using a secondary USB-C cable
