Remo issue

I have bought two remo from a local shop in Saudi arabia
Booth are defective . Than i took them to the gopro dealer not the shop and the refuse to receive saying the shop is not in our approved distributor... so i went back to the shop . They took the two remo and now almost six months . Every time i visited them they have no update .
I wish you have a solution .
