Remo doesn’t work

Hi! I can’t switch on my remo, when I try to charge it ,only one red signal is lights up for a few seconds , nothing else. What can I do with it ?

I am sorry that you are experiencing inconvenience with your REMO. There is not much troubleshooting for this device. If the remo is still within the one(1) year manufacturing period; you may want to contact Customer Support for warranty replacement.
