I had the same problem. I bought the Remo (voice control) in September 2017 and it stopped working the same week (4 days after buying it). I sent some emails to the support team and they asked me to send Remus to them who would rate the exchange. I sent the paddle and was noticed the problem but to this day I have not received any product back! This is already months!

Another customer with a Remo that's been in storage at home for about 7 to 8 months I guess - used once and same fault.
Hopefully I've still got the sales receipt but I think I bought mine from Cotswold Outdoor in the UK and they'll have it on my customer file and hopefully it's also covered under their company's 2 year warranty.
Guess why I searched for Remo not charging. I chose the Remo at the time because I wanted the voice activation ...

Please go over the troubleshooting steps:
- Try plugging into a different power source
- Try using a secondary USB-C cable

2ND REMO will not charge nor turn on. no light or anything. Returning the 2nd one within a week of the first.
Just an FYI the smart remote is about 20 dollars more than the remo
They stopped manurfacturing these, most likely because they are JUNK. Shamefull. Get it togeather or you'll loose more customers. smh
