RMA was not created correctly

I returned some items of go pro ( combo kit - wifi bacpac, remote, 2 cables- 1 for the remote and one for the wifibacpac, handstrap, 2 back covers and not waterproof, ring- for the remote,thumbscrew for the covers and the manual.

It is not my fault that your representative created wrong RMA, I told her that the wifi bacpac and remote were both faulty. She only created RMA for wifibacpac. I did receive the replacement for the wifibacpac.. ty for that.. but the replacement remote which was faulty as well was not replaced and your warehouse is claiming there is no other accessories that came with the wifibacpac. I would like to know if my remote will still be replaced as it is faulty.. and my other accessories will still be returned to me. Your rep specifically said that I would need to take a photo of all the things that came with the wifibacpac.. which is the main reason why I returned all the things in the kit. I have spoken to another rep who promised to get back with me with a resolution on this problem, but I never received a single update he specifically said within 24- 48 hrs il get an update but I didnt get an update. At this time I am now very upset. I would take the appropriate action if I dont get my things back. Sorry for the long post but go pro needs to know this and I really need the response urgently. Thanks.

Hi @blueflame08661 Like chrisediting said the best way to get this sorted out would be to contact Support directly by chat or phone: https://gopro.com/help/PKBContactus. Let them know what is going on and they should be able to get that straightened out!

Sorry to hear about this. Please call GoPro Support, and give them your RMA number and walk them threw what happened who you talked to, and see if the support team can help your sort this out.
