RMA returning duplicate items

Hi I have been trying to contact GoPro. I purchased a new Fusion and bought hand mount and case only to find out both were included in the original camera. I would like to return the hand mount and case accessories and purchase a remote.

Chat is closed, amazing there is no support for making purchases over the phone. Leaving for vacation will have to resolve that another date. My account with GoPro should have the option to print an RMA label.

Just for clarification, this is a member to member support community, so we are unable to assist with returns.

The 'A' at the end of RMA stands for Authorization. The return needs to be authorized by GoPro Support, so it would not be possible to make this a customer option.

Anyway, have fun on your trip! I love using my Fusion and hope you do as well.
