REMO will not chatge
[ New ]I recieved my REMO yesterday and plugged it in using the USB cable. I did not see any status lights and it seems to not have charged. I tried putting it in pairing mode as well and no light comes on. This is brand new right out of the box.
I followed the instructions including trying to reset it but nothing seems to work. We leave for Maui on Sunday and It's not looking good to have the REMO for this trip ;-(.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the REMO. I wanted to see how you are charging that REMO. If you have not tried using a wall outlet I would definitely try that. You are going to want to use at least a 5v 1Amp wall charger. If you are using a computer you may want to try the USB Ports at the back of the computer and remove all unneeded USB devices. Hope that helps!

[ New ]I too had same problem today. Got Remo... Plugged into wall USB... NO charge light. Let charge for over 2 hrs. Unplugged. Followed all the rules... NOTHING. DOA. On a positive Note I called GOPRO and they answered immediately. The CS rep was fast and efficient. I think this was the 1,000 call she got on this item. Immediate replacement to be shipped asap. SO, we will see. SO odd that there are these problems and they still ship them out. Quality Assurance at the end of the assembly line should have caught this issue... Stay tuned.
