Réclamation suite commande non reçue

Bonjour, ma femme m’a commandé pour la fête des pères une GoPro héro 7 black avec un accessoire.  Commande MP 03512959 passée le 8 juin sur votre site. 1er appel de ma part une semaine plus tard au 0483530893 car toujours pas débitée et je la voulais pour aller au GP moto de Barcelone. L on me répond que la commande est en attente et que je n’aurai pas à retourner mon ancienne go pro pour la remise des 100€ car ils ne peuvent m’envoyer le bon de retour chrono post ou dhl. Et qu’il me faut patienter car l entrepôt a un gros problème de logiciel et ne peuvent expédier les commandes. Je rappelle à nouveau 8;jrs plus tard car j avais un mariage et je voulais savoir quand me serait livrée ma commande passée le 8 juin. Tjs la même réponse on me dit que la direction va prendre contact avec moi. Aucun mail, aucun appel de votre part. Je rappelle le 3 juillet, le 4 juillet, le 9 juillet....tjs même réponse commande en attente, serveur informatique entrepôt HS. Si je peux concevoir une panne informatique je trouve inadmissible que personne de votre service client ne me tienne au courant. J ai qd même passe une commande de 369,98€ sur votre site officiel et vu la notoriété de votre marque je m étonne que vous ne puissiez honorer cette dernière. Cela fait plus d’un mois maintenant que je me démène avec votre soi disant service commercial. Faut-il que je saisisse une association de consommateurs, que j appose des commentaires désobligeants sur votre site ou sur les communautés ou réseaux sociaux pour qu’enfin quelqu’un me dise quand je vais être livré ??? Ma femme a préféré passer par votre site officiel plutôt que par un site marchand type Amazon Fnac boulanger, autant vous dire qu’elle regrette son cadeau de la fête des pères...
