Quikkey

Hi i have purchased a wuik key for my hero session4 but it doent seem to read the sd card,i plug it in and it brings up a blank thumbnail and fails to load. I have tried 2 seperate sd cards.

Thank you for the additional details that you providied, @noblestar81773.  We have a few troubleshooting steps below that we would like you to try so we can narrow down the cause of the problem as quickly as possible.

 

  1. Manually update  your camera's software by following the instructions here to make sure you are on the latest version.
  2. Confirm you are on the latest version of GoPro App by uninstallling and re-installing it. 
  3. Save your footage to the computer, then erase/format your SD card and take some test footage and try again. Please also ensure you are using a reliable SD card by taking a look at our recommended list here. The Ultra card that you have is not recommended so you can use the Extreme one. 

Let us know how it goes after these steps. We will wait for an update form you.

Can you check where is it manufactured? 

Also what Sd card brands have you tried so far?

Hi it was made in taiwan and i have tried a sandisk ultra plus 64g and a sandisk extreme 64g

  1. Manually update  your camera's software by following the instructions here to make sure you are on the latest version.
