Quik key and Max

[ New ]

I just plugged the Quik Key into my iPad that had some test videos shot on Max, but although the app recognised the Quik Key it didn't find any footage.

Is this something that can be updated via the app so that the Quik Key supports Max footage?

MAX footage can be moved to your phone directly from the camera itself via the app. At this time, MAX footage can not be imported through the Quik Key, but we will pass that suggestion along to our teams.

Would be better to be more transparent and direct. Quik key seem to be discontinued so i don't think you will support it. It's out of stock in US and already disappeared from EU sites:

I suggest that you at least support cable tansfer directly between the camera and the mobile app (USB-C to USB-C for Android and USB-C to lighting for Apple). I have requested this previously and hopefully it's planned in the near future because transferring 360 footage takes forever and leaves the mobile useless without internet during the transfer.
