Sorry for the issue. We are aware of some issues with Quik Key and iOS11.
If content does not show up right away, unplug the Quik Key and try again. Please also give it about 35 seconds to see if content shows up. I've seen iOS11 devices taking longer to register a Quik Key. If content does not show up, there may be nothing we can do until a fix is released. I'd suggest transferring content wirelessly using the GoPro App.
