Protective Housing [ New ]

I bought a Protective Housing case but  after the purchase I realized it was for a hero 7 white and I  own a hero 7 black could I still use the case

Thanks for reaching out. The Protective Housing for HERO7 Silver/White isn't compatible to work with HERO7 Black camera. You will need the SuperSuit for HERO7 Black.

Hi - ich habe das gleiche Problem. Mit meiner Hero 7 habe ich das Gehäuse mitbestellt welches nun falsch ist...

Wie kann ich das umtauschen? Der Supportn ist nicht erreichbar - weder per Chat noch am Telefon leider.
