I spent a lot of money on a new Grip + Hero 5. I read about problems before I purchased the grip but decided if I can't have stabilized video, I might as well not have any video.
I had problems within months. One time the solution was formatting my SD card. One time the solution was calibrating the grip. One time the solution was disconnecting all 3 main parts of the grip.
Each time the grip works temporarily. Now, it no longer works.
I paid a lot of money for a stabilizer, as all Karma Grip owners did. I feel very let down, cheated, that this product no longer works. I've been told to manually re-load the software on my go-pro, etc., etc., etc. All of these little "fix-its" really come down to the Karma is a very buggy product and it really pains me to say that.
I'm sure someone will respond that I should "contact customer support". My product is out of warranty.
It's inconceviable that a "mass produced" consumer electorinc device is unusable in less than one year from a major company like GoPro.
I would be grateful for any help, tips, suggestions, anything...

I am sorry for any troubles caused.
When you said that "it no longer works", do you mean that it's no longer powering on?
Have you tried using a different cable to charge the grip?
