I give up searching....I already own the Hero Session 5 GoPro Camera, however, I learned while on vacation in another country that the battery life is pathetic! So we are now getting ready to go on another trip and I decided to purchase the Supercharger and Portable Power Pack (since we will be in the backcountry for several days). I read the material that came with both items and it was all safety info and said to refer to the user manual (which apparently does not exist anywhere?!). I went in the the support hub on your website and saw that my complaint is not unique; others have the same complaint and seemed to get the same silly response...Go to the Features Page for the product and you'll learn how to use it. Really?
So here is my question:
- On the Portable Power Pack what do the 4 lights mean? Yes, I get that they represent the charge, but does it mean when 4 lights are lit there is a full charge, 3 lights a 3/4 charge, 2 lights half charge and so on?
- What is the button for on the side?
- How long does it take to charge a Hero Session 5 (if that is the only device being charged)?
Following the directions from your Support Hub I read the Features section and was told,
"The 6,000mAh Portable Power Pack can recharge your GoPro up to four times while you're on the go. Dual 1.5A USB ports fully recharge two GoPro cameras simultaneously in 2.5 hours and can be used on other devices. Tether it to your camera to provide endurance power for extended shooting. Its pocket-sized design makes it ideal for off-the-grid adventures.

Battery Status Indicator displays current charge status

Clearly this does not answer any of my questions!
Thank you and I look forward to receiving a helpful response.

Basically any powerbank will do.
Maybe better look for bigger capacity powerbank at lower price instead of using the portable power pack (looking at the features it's way too expensive).
Supercharger is a good investment. When next to a mains socket it allows to charging of your camera battery and your powerbank simultaniously.
