Pole Mount attachment doesn't do Landscape video [ New ]

I purchased the pole mount attachment for my new Max 360.  I hiked with it this weekend only to find that all the video was in Portrait mode because the camera can only mount sideways.  

Is there an attachment that can twist the camera 90 degress to allow for better quality video while hiking?  

I edited the footage in the GoPro app and sometimes they would look great in the app but when I tried to post it to Facebook or Instagram it would look distorted and unappealing.    Is there a way to capture video in 360 mode but render it back to a more traditional video format when editing?

Would you be able to share a picture of how your camera is setup?

See if the Swivel Mount will work on your setup.

It will also help if you can share a sample file of the edited/re-framed video so we can assess this better.
