Pas de réduction GoPro Plus

Bonjour, 

 

J'ai souscrit à l'abonnement GoPro Plus, pour l'achat de ma nouvelle HERO7, mais quand je met l'accesoirs dans mon panier, il n'y aucune réduction sur l'accesoire. 

Le service client m'indique que je suis bien GoPro PLUS Member, mais ne sais pas me dire pourquoi je n'ai pas le droit au réduction.
Pour info j'ai souscrit le 29, la promo était en ligne, et maintenant je n'arrive plus à l'avoirs.

It usually take 24 hours for the discount to reflect.

Oui j'ai essayé mais rien ne change, je vais essayer de nouveau demain ...
Si rien d'ici Lundi, je recontacterais le service client pour obtenir une solution, j'en est besoin au plus tard le 8/02

Je n'ai toujours aucune réduction de disponible, nous somme à 48h ..
