PROBLEMAS CON GOPRO [ New ]

Señores de Gopro, 

Permitanme comunicarles mi molestia y descontento con su producto, así como, con su servicio de atención que es malisismo, pues jamás te atienden.

En primer lugar, queria comunicarles que hace unos días compre una GOPRO HERO 8 BLACK, para hacer mis vlogs e incursiones acuaticas y lamentablemente a la primera prueba acuatica (siguiendo todas las indicaciones y recomendaciones) ingreso agua al equipo, ahora, el equipo prende, PERO CUANDO GRABO RECALIENTA, además, cada vez que grabo todos los videos salen con el audio recortado, pues se corta a cada instante de la filmación, en ese sentido, solicito por favor me puedan atender y ayudarme a solucionar estos inconvenientes, pues he tenido mucha fe en su producto y a la fecha estoy muy decepcionado.

Sorry for any trouble caused. Have you checked if there are residue on the camera?

What SD card are you using?

Ya me comunique y no ha respuesta, le tarjeta es la que viene dentro del paquete GOPRO, es una tarjeta de 32 GB.
