I ordered a bunch of mounts and accessories on June 19th. Still not with me. I contacted support 3 times now. Nobody there is even able to find my order NO and yet they say that they "they will keep me posted", "everything is going to be OK" ...
I told them to send the order the second time. Indirect answer was: "we will not do it".
I am readding now that gopro support sucks. Maybe somebody knows if there is anything I could do to help myself? Should I order it myself the second time?

Maybe. But outsourcing a big chunk of your business doesn't free you from responsibility. At all. Not giving me ANY answer to where the package is or even "what is the time of delivery in a worst-case scenario" isn't serious.
