Not connecting

I have tried over 50 times to try and connect my GoPro hero 4 silver and it won’t conmcet no mater how many times I try.

Connect to what, you computer?
What OS are you using?
What version of OS is it?
What type of USB ports do you have (2.0 - 3.0)
Have you checked your device drivers?
Is the camera being recognized by the computer?
Is it just Quik that isn't seeing the camera?

Are you trying to connect to the GoPro app on your mobile device?
What device do you have?
Is the blue light flashing on the camera?
dlete all instances of the camera on your device wi-fi and BlueTooth
Delete the camera on the app
Delete the app
Restart your device
Reinstall the app
