I was able to locate your Support case using the email address on your Support Hub profile and as per its most recent update, the order attempts made on your account were canceled due to payment issues or failed re-authorization. What you could be seeing is just a pre-authorization that never resulted in an actual payment or deduction from your account which should drop off very soon.
