My support experience.

This post may be recorded for training purposes. Welcome to another "Sorry, all agents are helping other customers right now. Please try again later." episode of GoPro Support or not. Just spent another 45 minutes cleaning my fingernails while waiting for a Chat that did not happen. Pitiful experience. It's similar to a Zen experience, for the first time I really had a good look at the walls of my room and saw things I had never noticed before. GoPro, let's be honest. There is no support. Just No-Reply emails that send me to a black hole of GoPro nothingness. GoPro is feces.
