my go pro remo it's not turning on plug it to my macbook pro fror 3 hours it did not turn on it say's 3's but failed, i decided to go back to the store and unlucky they don't have a stock, and they send me to other store 5.3 miles away and they replace it lucky me,,, i go back home and do it the same way as a instruction follows and still same issue when i plug it in the red light will blink after 5 hours of charging same issue... what else do i need to do?

WOW! Crappy Customer Service. Off-shore help with no solution, no idea what I was talking about and really couldn't care!
REMO (as with all others) won't work out of the box. This thread is months old and GoPro still is allowing defective, frustrating products out the door. We shoot with more than 30 GoPros and have since 2009 and this decline in quality control is pretty sad.
Shame on you GoPro...keep your loyal customers happy...there's too many good action cameras out there!
