Meu Karma Grip não liga [ New ]

Meu karma grip só funciona qdo ligado a uma fonte de energia , qdo retiro o cabo ele desliga , já deixei várias horas carregando e não funciona.

I am sorry for any troubles caused. Based on the isolation test you have done, this issue is most likely on the Karma grip handle where the battery is located.
