Media Mod with USB-C [ New ]

The USB-C that came with my GoPro Hero 8 does not fit into the USB-C connector correctly. It will not seat in all the way. It wont recognize on my computer. It won't charge.  I have to take the Media Mod case off of my GoPro Hero 8 to charge and to connect to my computer.

Is your camera detecting the Media Mod?

Once attached, go to Peferences> Input/Output> Audio Input

Also, please make sure that your camera is up to date.
