Media Mod starts camera in media gallery
[ New ]So apparently there is no way to start the camera ready to take a video when installed in the Media Mod. When the camera boots up, it starts in the media gallery, and can only be exited using the side button (not possible with the app). This is very frustrating as it means you have to have physical access to the camera.
Also, using Quikcapture does not activate the HDMI out function of the Media Mod...
Hopefully some firmware updates might remedy these issue??

Re: Media Mod starts camera in media gallery

Set your camera to your preferred PRESET. Preferences> General> Default Preset
Turn the camera off then turn the camera on by pressing the MODE button.
It should go to the selected preset.
Regarding the HDMI function, where are you connecting the camera?
Thanks!
