I received my Media Mod for the GoPro Hero 8 Black a few days ago. At first only the front microphone worked properly, the rear one did not work at all. After a reset, the media mod worked fine until I connected an external microphone. After removal, no audio signal was recorded at all. even plugging and unplugging the external microphone didn't help. removing the battery did not solve the problem either. only a reset to factory settings helped. the problem unfortunately arises at irregular intervals and is not related to the external microphone alone. I only get an audio signal again when I reset the hero 8 to factory settings. everything else doesn't work. what can I do?
