Media Mod & Display Mod [ Edited ]

I am just wondering if the Media Mod and the Display Mod will also work with the Hero7 Black? I just bought the Hero7 for vlog-style videos, and after learning about the Hero8 Black I might return it and wait for the Hero8 if the mods will only be able to work with the 8 instead of the 7. If anyone has any input please let me know!

Hello @nicolerose21. The Media Mod can only work with the HERO8 Black. The Light Mod, however, can be used as an independent mod - it can be used for any GoPro camera as a separate accessory.

You can charge the camera while attached to the Media Mod.
