I need a replacement screw for my 3 way [ New ]

The middle arm screw fell out of my 3 way Go Pro arm while I was hiking in Iceland.  It was the first day I wanted to use the arm.  It had not been loosened or even used to that point.  I just purchased the arm less than a month ago for the  trip.  Can I get a replacement screw?
