I bought 2 gopro Remos and they are not working

[ New ]

I have all Gopro cameras from the first one to the last and last month I bought 2 Gopro Remos  and they are not working, no blue or red light. Its the first time that i had an issue with Gopro. I have the receipts and everything and i want to return them back to Gopro and find a solution. How do i return them??
