I AM NOT IMPRESS GO PRO

I am very disappointed on GoPro Hero 5 Session.
Bought 3 years ago, used occassionally and the audio does not work. Go Pro helped and assisted me in trouble shooting but to no avail.
Poor camera. Better use your cell phone. Please DO NOT waste your money in buying Go Pro products.

I am expressing my dissatisfaction on this product.

I purchased again the required SD Extreme 64 GB at the right SPECS hoping it would work but it DID NOT.

 

They asked me to buy another GoPro as the last option.

Love my GoPro cameras, including HERO5 Session. Sorry you had a bad experience.

Did you do a factory reset followed by a manual update?

If not, press the rear mode/power button and then scroll through the settings until you get to EXIT. When you do, press and hold the top shutter button until the option for Factory Reset appears. Select this. Once it's done, do a short video recording and upload to YouTube. If it still plays back without sound, try a manual update. Again test.
