How long does it take to process order??

on the wbsite it says shipping 2-3 days standard but its been more than 3 days and both my orders are saying pending, all the support staff here tell you to contact other support and when you do phone or chat online and they are not much help. I was told billing are checking my orders that the card and address match up (what the hell for anyway) and that that process take around 2 days... well guess what, its been more than that already!.

 

customer servise at go pro is terible, no one has any clue whats going on they just get paid to write "I will send them an email and will personally get back to you within 24-48 hours" thats the usual line they give.

@pwerduch95, the time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order (cut-off 9:30AM PST/12PM CET). Please check this article https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/GoPro-Shipping-Policy/ta-p/394279 for the estimated delivery windows & shipping options.

If having trouble placing your order on the website, make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct all the way down to the zip code. PO boxes do not work. If you haven't yet, try again after clearing cache and cookies or using a different browser. You may also explore ordering using an incognito browser.
