Help me to choose a Micro SD Hero 7 Black

Hi, can anyone, help me to choose a Micro SD to my new Hero 7 Black.

I have, 2 cards:

Samsung Evo PLUS (not the "+"), 64Gb and I have another a Kingston Canvas React 32Gb.

I think the Kingston Canvas React 32Gb is better for GoPro.

What is the better card? I cannot understood the read and write speed from each card.
