Hello, my Hero5Black standard frame broke

Hello,  my Hero5Black standard frame broke during normal clipping with no physical damage. It never fell to the ground 

I wonder if my case qualifies for a free part replace. I have it just one year and 2 months. Thanks,

I am sorry to hear that your Hero5 Black frame broke. Since the camera is outside of the warranty period, you may want to check retailers or purchase it via the GoPro website: https://shop.gopro.com/accessories-3/the-frame/AAFRM-001.html

Regarding the free replacement, you may want to reach out the support team for that. It is barely 2 months outside of the one(1) year warranty period. You may want to be ready with the receipt since the support team will ask for it. Contact them via call or chat:
