[ New ]Was this a typo? Was it supposed to read Bluetooth? If so, Blutooth is a connection service on your mobile device. I don't think the HERO3 utilizes this (I could be wrong), but the app looks for Bluetooth by default, so this may be where the error message is coming from.
Be sure the Blue light is flashing on the camera before you attempt to pair with the app.

While the camera is on pairing mode, you may also check your phone's connection settings and see if it picks up your camera's name.
Is there a chance that the Wi-Fi name has been set to BlueDevil?
