Are the lines always present? Or only when recording, or playing back a video? Does the actual video show the lines when played in a different device? If the issue is not present when playing back videos on the computer or via HDMI, but it is there during preview or playback on the LCD Touch BacPac, check the software version on the camera's screen upon power-up to make sure it's up-to-date. Update the camera firmware if it is not up-to-date and check again.
