I bought a Remo Remote for my Gopro 6 from a retailer at JFK Airport on 2/8/2018. I boarded the plane and flew home to Australia. Whilst on the plane I opened the Remo and tried to charge it. The red charge light briefly comes on but quickly goes out. It does this every time I plug in power.
I searched for others having similar problems and it seems there is multiple users having the same problem with the Remo Remote
What can I do Please? As I bought it overseas and now I'm back in Australia can I send it to Gopro Australia for a replacement? Sending the unit to the retailer in the USA is cost prohibitive.
This is a crazy situation. I have been a loyal Gopro purchaser and user for years owning thousands of dollars worth of camera equipment. I can't believe this can happen purchasing a new device
PLEASE advise me of my options
