Gopro Quik key broke

So I read something sometime that GoPro will replace your cameras or accessories if they break? Well my Quik key was plugged into my phone and it slid off the table and landed on the ground on the key just barely and it broke the connection. So if anyone knows for sure if that’s a thing or not they would be great if you could tell me. Thanks so much! If that is the case then how should I contact gopro about a replacement?

The exchange program is only for cameras and Karma units and is a benefit that comes with the GoPro Plus. There is more information here for your reference.
