They probably will work fine; however, you void your warranty if you use 3rd party batteries. In most cases they are fine, but some have been known to cause issues. Since GoPole will only warranty their battery and not pay to replace your camera if there is an issue, it's safest to just stick with official GoPro batteries. The OEM GoPro dual charger isn't much more and is much nicer quality anyway.
