GoPro Remo bad out of box

Is there anyone else that had an issue with it not charging brand new out of the box? I tried two different brand chargers and no luck.

I bought it online at Dicks sporting goods right before the 4th of July, and didn’t anticipate any issues with it. My plan was to sync it up with my Session 5 and Hero 7 black to capture the local fireworks show and to use it when kayak fishing. Well it looks like that’s not going to happen.

How does GoPro support this product?
