GoPro Quik Key

Hello, 

 

I have recently bought a Quik Key for iPhone.

 

The problem is that when i am trying to download video content (1080p @120fps) to iPhone 7 plus, says that video not suported. When i download the same content through WiFi its downloading OK and i dont understand what is exactly the issue. 

 

Can anybody help me?

Thank you for sharing the information. Kindly go over these steps:

  1. Reset your cameras software by following the instructions here to make sure you are on the latest version.
  2. Confirm you are on the latest version of GoPro App by re-downloading through the App Store. 
  3. Save your footage to the computer, then erase/format your SD card and take some test footage and try again. Please also ensure you are using a reliable SD card by taking a look at our recommended list here.
