I have recently bought a Quik Key for iPhone.
The problem is that when i am trying to download video content (1080p @120fps) to iPhone 7 plus, says that video not suported. When i download the same content through WiFi its downloading OK and i dont understand what is exactly the issue.
Can anybody help me?

Thank you for sharing the information. Kindly go over these steps:
- Reset your cameras software by following the instructions here to make sure you are on the latest version.
- Confirm you are on the latest version of GoPro App by re-downloading through the App Store.
- Save your footage to the computer, then erase/format your SD card and take some test footage and try again. Please also ensure you are using a reliable SD card by taking a look at our recommended list here.
