Go pro Karma Grip wont work. At all :(( [ New ]

Going on a trip tm, have had trouble with grip, since ive owned it. Worked once, out of box after quick test of everything. All grip, camera, and stabilizer have current updates. Main problems: no acknowledgement when camera is pluggen in, lights are 1 red at bottom while 3 white flash, occasionally, when i try hard reset, lights dissapear, all white flash, goes to red at bottom and one white flashing uptop, then back to same cycle as before ;( been trying to figure this out for months, but would really appreciate help.
