GOPRO FUSION GRIP

[ Edited ]

Hi,

My GOPRO FUSION GRIP not opening the last part(smallest) before you connect gopro camera. All others grip parts working fine. (2/3)

Does anyone has such problem?

Where in the Netherlands I can change or fix it?

Re: GOPRO FUSION GRIP

Hi @gustavasv

Kindly check if debris - dirt or sand is caked into the grip.

After every use in salt water, it's a good practice to rinse the camera/mount with fresh water, and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. This will help flush out any remaining debris, salt or sand.

Let us know how it goes.

Re: GOPRO FUSION GRIP

I have never used mine in water (either salt or fresh), but lowest section stopped opening. Smsllest and middle work, but largest will not. Do you think silicon spray would help?

Re: GOPRO FUSION GRIP

Talked with support before doing this, and after sending a video of the action (or non-action), they agreed to replace under warrenty.

I went ahead and tried the silicon spray. It did not loosen the stuck botton (largest) section, but the others work VERY SMOOTHLY.
