Faulty Fusion Grip [ New ]

Hi, right away since the purchase, the Fusion Grip for my Fusion was impossible to extend. It was stuck and I couldn't twist it in order to extend it. When compared to other Fusion Grips of my friends it is clear that this one is clearly malfunctioning.

At one point, I have tried to force it but it still didn't help. Later on, with absolutely unnecessary force (2 people holding it) we managed to extend the first part - only to find a poorly manufactured internals pieces falling out (see photo). The rest of the pole is still impossible to extend. 

Can you please organize me a new one? Thank you!
