External Mic for Fusion [ Edited ]

I see conflicting info regarding the GoPro Mic adaptor for the Fusion.  Some say yes, some say no.  Can we get an official response please?  Has anyone actually used one??? Will it work or not, cause it's listed in the fusion accessories store, but not show on the compatibility list.

Apologies for the confusion. I went to the web store and saw what you have seen. We have sent a feedback to the team about the  pages. Fusion does not work with the Pro 3.5mm Mic Adapter.
