El Grande delivered with no wrist strap [ New ]

Hello,

2 weeks ago I ordered from this very website the El Grande GoPro Stick but it came without the wrist strap which is a very important accessory for it.

Any idea if this is normal? and if it is where can i find a decent gopro wrist strap?

Yes indeed, apparently it should have been included.

I contacted support and I think they're going to send me the missing wrist lanyard.
