EI Grande without swivel base attachment mounts [ New ]

Hi I got this free item because the previous delay on my order, it is an EI Grande. When I received this accessory, it was just the extension pole (stick), no swivel base attachment mounts and thumb screw, I can’t use it.  I contacted the support team on 6th Jan, they told me to wait 24-48hours, but until today no reply.
